§ 13-8. MacArthur Memorial Bureau.

There is hereby created, in the department of civic facilities, the MacArthur Memorial Bureau. The superintendent of the bureau shall be the chief administrator, MacArthur Memorial. Under the supervision of the director of the department of civic facilities, he shall be charged with the responsibility of maintaining and operating the MacArthur Memorial and shall perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the director of the department of civic facilities.
