§ 16-7. Refund of money erroneously paid to city.

The city manager is authorized to make refunds of money erroneously paid to and not due to the city. In the event the city manager makes such refunds of money paid, in whole or in part, he is authorized to refund such amount, or part thereof, from the fund to which such payment had been credited.
