§ 16-32. Same—Lost warrants.

Whenever a warrant shall be lost, the party entitled thereto may apply to the director of finance for a duplicate. Duplicate warrants so issued shall be stamped "Duplicate" on their face, and shall be signed as all other city warrants for the payment of money are signed.
