§ 16-95. Payment of city's portion of judges' salaries.

The director of finance is hereby authorized to issue warrants for, and the city treasurer is hereby authorized to pay to the treasurer of the state, such amount as may be required by law to provide funds for the payment of a certain portion of the salaries of the judges of the city courts and of the circuit court. Such amount shall be paid from the regular appropriation as made to the salary account in the annual appropriation.
