Chapter 20. GARAGES, GASOLINE SUPPLY STATIONS AND AUTOMOBILE PARKING STATIONS

§ 20-4. Same—Transfer.

The director of community improvement is authorized to transfer permits heretofore or hereafter granted for the maintenance and operation of commercial garages, gasoline supply stations, automobile parking stations or automobile service stations, provided such transfers are made under the conditions and at the locations provided in the original permits.
