§ 25-127. Extension of loads beyond line of fender or body.
(a)
No vehicle shall carry any load extending more than six (6) inches beyond the line of the fender or body, provided such load shall not exceed a total outside width as prescribed by section 25-122.
(b)
Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (a) of this section, it shall be lawful for watercraft carried on vehicles to extend more than six (6) inches beyond the line of the fender or body of such vehicle provided the total width of watercraft and the carrier upon which the same is so carried does not exceed seventy-six (76) inches.
