§ 33-87. Exemptions from article.

Nothing in this article shall be deemed or construed to apply to any person, as to any crime of which he has been convicted and for which he has received a full and unconditional pardon, or to any person who is on probation under the laws of the state, or whose probation period under the laws of the state has expired, without any revocation of such probation having bean made.
