§ 34.1-47. Fee.

Latest version.

The biannual fee for a public vehicle operator's license shall be fifty dollars ($50.00). Such fee shall be collected by the chief of police prior to issuance of the license and, after collection, shall be paid by him to the city treasurer. Such fee shall be in addition to any business license tax now or hereafter imposed upon the applicant for such license.
