§ 34.2-2. Enforcement.

Any law enforcement officer, designated sworn special officer, HRT fare enforcement aides, or the fire marshal or any of his assistants, is authorized and shall have authority to enforce all provisions of this chapter. These persons shall be collectively referred to as "authorized person" throughout this chapter.
