Chapter 34.2. LIGHT RAIL PUBLIC TRANSIT SERVICES |

Article III. REGULATIONS FOR PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM, LIGHT RAIL VEHICLES, AND RAIL TRANSIT PLATFORMS. |
§ 34.2-6. Impeding railway.
(a)
No person shall park or use any vehicle in any place where it may be or may become a danger, nuisance, obstruction to any person or the operation and maintenance of a light rail vehicle or railway.
(b)
No person shall park or use any vehicle in any place where it may restrict the passage of any light rail vehicle.
(c)
Law enforcement officers shall have authority to order the towing of any vehicle in violation of this section pursuant to chapter 25, as amended.
(d)
A violation of this section is punishable as a class 1 misdemeanor.
