§ 38-25. Jewelry, silverware, etc., not to be sold during certain hours.

No person conducting the business of selling diamonds, watches, clocks, jewelry, silverware, oriental rugs or like articles, at public auction, shall conduct such business between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
