§ 41-1. Violations of chapter; penalties.

Unless otherwise provided, a violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute a class 3 misdemeanor. Each day's continuance of the violation shall constitute a separate offense. In addition to any penalties imposed for a violation of this chapter, upon conviction the court shall require that the violation be corrected. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter or regulation adopted shall also be liable for all damage, loss, cost and expense suffered or incurred by the city as a result of the violation. Three (3) or more violations within twelve (12) months by the same person shall constitute a class 2 misdemeanor.
