§ 41-10.1. Placement of container on light rail guideway.

It shall be unlawful for any person owning, using, moving or handling any container to place [it] in, on, at, or near a light rail guideway so as to impede or obstruct the light rail vehicle. Light rail guideway and light rail vehicle shall be defined as set forth in City Code section 34.2-1.
