For persons receiving city collection of these items, craft and corrugated board,
cardboard, wooden crates and other such rubbish or debris from cartons or carting
shall be flattened, straightened and securely tied in bundles of not more than four
(4) feet in length and eighteen (18) inches in diameter nor weighing more than seventy-five
(75) pounds. No more than twenty (20) bundles shall be picked up each collection day.
Such waste shall be placed for collection only on days designated for collection.
