§ 48-14. Investigation of complaints relative to gas and electric meters.

Whenever the director of community improvement shall receive a complaint from a citizen with respect to the accuracy or inaccuracy of a gas or electric meter, he shall investigate the same forthwith and take such action as may be necessary and within his power to resolve the same.
