§ 48-4. Confidentiality of information furnished sealer.

No information furnished to the sealer of weights and measures in the performance of his duties or in connection with the discharge of his duties, by way of complaint or otherwise, shall be divulged or disclosed by much sealer, unless he is required by law so to do.
