§ 4-1. Definitions.

(a)

Generally. Certain words and terms used in this chapter shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, unless clearly indicated to the contrary.

(b)

Airport. The word "airport" means the Norfolk International Airport, the boundaries of which are as shown on a master plan on file with the director of public works.

(c)

Airport manager. The term "airport manager" means the manager of the Norfolk International Airport, or his duly authorized representative.

(d)

Port authority. The term "port authority" means the Norfolk Port and Industrial Authority established by the Acts of the General Assembly 1948, Chapter 463, as amended.
