§ 5-2. Sign required for business establishments providing go-go dance entertainment.

(a)

Any person operating a business establishment in the city which provides go-go dancing entertainment shall post a conspicuous sign at the entrance to the premises indicating the fact that such entertainment is provided.

(b)

Any person violating this section shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor.
