Editor's note— Ord. No. 30,898, § 2, adopted Dec. 9, 1980, repealed §§ 42-9—42-13 of the 1958 Code, codified as Art. V hereof, relative to dealers in old gold and silver. Section 1 of said ordinance enacted new §§ 42-8.1—42-8.13, relative to precious metals dealers, codified as amended as §§ 38-84—38-95.
