§ 18.1-12. Submission and approval of plans and specifications for construction or alteration.

Plans and specifications for the construction of new food establishments or of major alterations or additions in the construction or arrangement of the premises of any food establishment shall be submitted to the director of public health. Approval in writing of such plans and specifications must be given by either the director of public health, the director of health services or the director of environmental health.
